Harvest: Manual, second decade of October.
Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. Up to 24 days of maceration on the grapes skins. Malolactic fermentation.
Aging: French oak barrel tonneau (4500/5000 liters) for a period of 31 months and then 8 months in bottle.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Tasting: fruity and spicy hints, fresh on the palate (and) with elegant tannins.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C.
